Commission: 5% per successful order
Commission is deducted automatically from the order value.
No hidden charges apart from applicable logistics or service fees (if any).
To sell on Fithub Mart, sellers must provide:
PAN Card (mandatory)
Valid Bank Account Details
GSTIN (mandatory only for supplements)
Supplements & nutrition products → GST compulsory
Other fitness items (equipment, accessories, apparel, etc.) → GST not required
Sellers without GST can list non-GST categories only.
All sellers must ensure:
Accurate product name, images, and description
Correct pricing and quantity
Clear ingredient list and usage instructions (for supplements)
Manufacturing date, expiry date, and batch number where applicable
Country of origin clearly mentioned
❌ Misleading claims, fake certifications, or false promises are strictly prohibited.
The following items are not allowed on Fithub Mart:
Fake or duplicate supplements
Banned or unapproved substances
Steroids, prescription medicines, or drugs
Expired or near-expiry nutrition products
Illegal, unsafe, or government-restricted items
Violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
Sellers must dispatch orders within the committed timeline.
Proper packaging is mandatory to avoid damage.
Repeated order delays, cancellations, or poor quality may affect seller ranking.
Returns and replacements are handled as per Fithub Mart return policy.
Payments are released every Wednesday
Settlements are credited directly to the registered bank account.
Only successfully delivered orders are eligible for payment.
Seller performance is monitored based on:
Order fulfilment rate
Return percentage
Customer feedback
Product quality compliance
Low performance may lead to reduced visibility or account review.
Sellers must comply with:
Indian e-commerce laws
Consumer protection guidelines
Food Safety norms (for supplements)
Trademark and brand ownership rules
Selling counterfeit or copyrighted products is strictly prohibited.
Fithub Mart reserves the right to:
Temporarily suspend listings
Withhold payments in case of investigation
Permanently terminate seller accounts for serious violations
